In August, we are going outside! Last month we addressed civic commons and public spaces, now it's time to go to one. Join us for a special edition of City Lobby as we get together at Jefferson Square Park for Parks on Tap. Parks on Tap is a program in partnership with Philadelphia Parks and Recreation, Fairmount Park Conservancy and Avram Hornik of FCM Hospitality, that brings a traveling beer garden from park to park for 14 weeks.
